Often the mind is clouded with negative thoughts that further impact our mood and our behavior patterns. In order to let go of such thoughts, the primary thing is to be aware that they no longer serve us. “Once we recognise that a thought has stopped being useful to us, we might consider strategies to allow that thought to pass.
