Often, we feel disconnected from ourselves emotionally. While this can happen due to various reasons, emotional disconnect can show up in the behavior patterns and the lifestyle we lead. “Recognising that you are not in touch with your emotions can be challenging, as we may hide or suppress our feelings for various reasons.
