Border Security Force not only guards the International Boundary, but also provides necessary training to the youths from time to time by making them aware about employment in the Security fields. In this connection, a seven-day employment training was given by the Border Out Post Silberia, 08 Battalion.
This training was given to the young (men and women) of the border area for the Staff Selection Commission constable recruitment examination, which is going to be held in the coming time. This training was of one week which ended on 01 January 2022 ,in which 30 youths including six girls were the beneficiaries. In this training, yoga, physical training, parade, general knowledge and general awareness were taught.
After the end of the week, the beneficiaries thanked the Border Security Force for imparting training and said that this training will prove to be very useful for us to participate in the upcoming recruitments.
In a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer, South Bengal Frontier was highly praised this program. He stated that such programs create a good image of the Force and inculcate a sense of security among the citizens. He also stated that such programs would be organized in future also to increase the interest in sports and education of the youth of border villages. In the statement, the children were motivated to become a good citizen by reading and writing and at the same time they were also inspired to raise the name of the country.
